2 weeks ago I woke up at midnight to the sound of my Yorkie chasing something down the hall...turned on the light and realized there was a BAT in my shower!! I removed the bat and frantically googled bat exterminators and found Master Pest Control. Called them first thing in the morning, Paul stopped by right away, assessed my property and I found out I had bats in my attic! Paul even showed me a video of one in my attic roosting. Paul said they could treat the property that afternoon and his assistant showed up and worked for hours plugging up gaps in my house and installing one way exits. They returned later to remove the one way exits and plug those up. I was COMPLETELY SATISFIED with Master Pest Patrol - they were professional, patient, affordable and really knew their stuff. (they even guaranteed their work for a year!) I called Paul at least 4 times after his initial visit, with questions and concerns, and he was always available and always took the time to talk with me. I highly recommend Master Pest Patrol for any of your pest problems, but specifically THEY KNOW BATS! One thing I did learn tho - if you have a bat in your house, keep the bat and turn it in to be tested. I didn't do that, subsequently I had to undergo rabies shots.
